JLP+D served as a strategic planning and financial advisor for an adaptive reuse, affordable, and mixed-use development in Brooklyn’s Wallabout Neighborhood, across from the Brooklyn Navy Yard. JLP+D provided its expertise in economic development, affordable housing, and historic preservation to help craft a program that accounts for the city’s affordability goals and the site’s position within the Brooklyn Tech Triangle and its proximity to the Wallabout and Clinton Hill Historic Districts.
