On behalf of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, JLP+D led multidisciplinary teams in analyzing airport support service facility development opportunities at and around New York City’s LaGuardia Airport and Newark International Airport in New Jersey. The teams assessed private property availability and suitability to accommodate permanent and/or interim airport support uses within a designated driving radius from the airport. Additionally, the teams developed detailed property data profiles for each candidate and tools for comparing locational attributes, pricing, timing, and other implementation-related factors for each off-site property analyzed.
